SR Manager, PBM Payor Contracting

Kroger is looking for an experienced and motivated Senior Manager, PBM Payor Contracting to join our team. This individual will be responsible for leading and managing Kroger's pharmacy benefit manager (PBM) payor contracting team. The ideal candidate will be highly organized with strong communication and problem-solving skills, and a passion for providing excellent customer service.Required Qualifications:• Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or a related field• Minimum of 7-10 years' experience in PBM payor contracting, pharmacy operations, and/or retail pharmacy operations• Demonstrated ability to effectively lead and manage teams• Proven track record of delivering on business objectives• Ability to manage multiple projects and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment• Strong problem-solving and analysis skills• Excellent organizational, communication, and customer service skills• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook)
