  1. Develop and maintain a thorough understanding of all laws and regulations related to sports betting and lottery.
  2. Monitor and analyze changes in laws and regulations to ensure that our company remains compliant at all times.
  3. Develop and implement policies and procedures to ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements.
  4. Conduct regular audits and reviews to identify any potential compliance issues and provide recommendations for improvement.
  5. Collaborate with internal teams to develop and implement compliance training programs for employees.
  6. Serve as the main point of contact for all regulatory agencies and ensure timely and accurate reporting.
  7. Monitor and track all licensing and permit requirements, ensuring that all necessary licenses and permits are obtained and renewed in a timely manner.
  8. Stay informed about industry trends and best practices to continuously improve compliance efforts.
  9. Communicate and collaborate with various teams and stakeholders to ensure a high level of compliance across all departments.
  10. Provide guidance and support to ensure compliance with advertising and marketing regulations.
  11. Develop and maintain relationships with external legal counsel and consultants to stay informed about any potential legal or regulatory issues.
  12. Collaborate with the IT department to ensure all systems and processes are in compliance with regulatory requirements.
  13. Prepare and submit reports to senior management and regulatory agencies as required.
  14. Develop and maintain a compliance monitoring program and ensure all potential issues are identified and addressed in a timely manner.
  15. Lead and manage any regulatory investigations or audits and ensure timely resolution of any issues.
  16. Stay up-to-date with industry news and developments to proactively identify any potential compliance risks.
  17. Maintain a high level of integrity and confidentiality in handling sensitive compliance information.
  18. Continuously evaluate and improve compliance processes and procedures to ensure the highest level of effectiveness and efficiency.

Job Qualifications
  • Extensive Knowledge Of Sports Betting And Lottery Regulations: The Ideal Candidate Should Have A Deep Understanding Of Federal, State, And Local Laws Related To Sports Betting And Lottery Operations. They Should Also Be Familiar With Industry Standards And Best Practices.

  • Previous Experience In Regulatory Compliance: A Strong Background In Regulatory Compliance Is Essential For This Role. The Candidate Should Have Experience In Developing And Implementing Compliance Programs, Conducting Audits, And Staying Updated On Regulatory Changes.

  • Strong Analytical And Problem-Solving Skills: As A Regulatory Compliance Manager, The Candidate Will Be Responsible For Identifying And Addressing Compliance Issues.
