1. Greet customers with a warm and friendly demeanor as they approach the service counter.

4. Maintain a clean and organized service counter area at all times.

11. Adhere to company dress code and maintain a professional appearance at all times.
12. Attend training sessions and meetings to stay updated on company policies and procedures.
13. Handle customer inquiries and complaints in a calm and professional manner.
14. Assist with other duties as assigned by the store manager or supervisor.
