- Greet customers with a warm and friendly demeanor as they approach the service counter.
- Assist customers with their inquiries, requests, and concerns in a timely and efficient manner.
- Process transactions accurately and efficiently using the store's point-of-sale system.
- Maintain a clean and organized service counter area at all times.
- Monitor and respond to customer feedback and complaints, providing resolutions and escalating issues as needed.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure seamless and efficient service to customers.
- Stay up-to-date on store policies, promotions, and products to provide accurate and helpful information to customers.
- Maintain knowledge of different payment methods and ensure proper handling of cash, credit, and gift card transactions.
- Follow all safety and security procedures to protect customers, employees, and merchandise.
- Continuously seek opportunities to improve customer service and enhance the overall shopping experience.
- Adhere to company dress code and maintain a professional appearance at all times.
- Attend training sessions and meetings to stay updated on company policies and procedures.
- Handle customer inquiries and complaints in a calm and professional manner.
- Assist with other duties as assigned by the store manager or supervisor.
