  1. Greet and welcome customers to the service counter with a friendly and positive attitude.
  2. Provide exceptional customer service by addressing and resolving customer inquiries, complaints, and requests in a timely and professional manner.
  3. Maintain a clean and organized service counter area, ensuring that all materials and supplies are well-stocked and readily available.
  4. Process customer transactions accurately and efficiently, including cash, credit, and debit payments.
  5. Assist customers with product returns, exchanges, and refunds according to company policies.
  6. Collaborate with other team members to ensure smooth operations and a positive shopping experience for customers.
  7. Communicate effectively with customers and team members to provide updates on wait times, product availability, and other important information.
  8. Continuously learn and stay up-to-date on company policies, products, and services to provide accurate and helpful information to customers.
  9. Handle and resolve any customer complaints or issues, escalating to management when necessary.
  10. Follow all safety and security procedures to maintain a safe work environment for customers and team members.
  11. Attend training sessions and meetings to enhance skills and knowledge related to customer service and company procedures.
  12. Maintain a positive and professional demeanor at all times, representing the company in a positive light to customers and the community.
  13. Assist with other duties as assigned by management, including cross-training in other areas of the store.
  14. Uphold the company's core values and promote a positive work culture within the team.
