Job Description

Kroger is looking for an experienced, creative, and customer-focused Produce/Floral Department Manager to join our team! The ideal candidate will have a passion for delivering outstanding customer service, a commitment to working collaboratively with other departments, and the ability to drive sales and profits in the Produce/Floral Department.The successful candidate will possess at least 3-5 years' experience in a managerial role within the Grocery/Retail industry, as well as a comprehensive knowledge of produce and floral products. This person must have a strong aptitude for business management and a proven track record of success in achieving store objectives. Outstanding customer service, communication, and interpersonal skills are essential to this role, as is the ability to inspire and motivate a team.We are looking for a leader who is committed to providing excellent customer service, maintaining high standards of quality and safety, and driving growth in the Produce/Floral Department.
