PHARMACY/TECHNICIAN

1. Provide exceptional customer service to all patients and customers in the pharmacy.
2. Assist the pharmacist in filling and dispensing prescriptions accurately and efficiently.
3. Maintain a clean and organized work environment, including stocking and organizing inventory.
4. Handle cash transactions and ensure accuracy in all financial transactions.
5. Follow all safety and security procedures, including proper handling and storage of medications.
6. Communicate with healthcare providers and insurance companies to verify and process prescription information.
7. Educate patients on medication usage, dosage, and potential side effects.
8. Adhere to all pharmacy laws, regulations, and standards to ensure compliance and patient safety.
9. Collaborate with the pharmacy team to maintain accurate records and track inventory levels.
