Job Qualifications
  • Completion Of A Pharmacy Technician Program: Candidates Must Have Completed A Pharmacy Technician Program From An Accredited Institution To Be Eligible For A Pharmacy/Pharmacist-Intern Position At Kroger.

  • Active Pharmacy Technician License: Candidates Should Possess An Active Pharmacy Technician License From The State In Which They Will Be Working. This License Must Be Kept Up-To-Date Throughout Employment With Kroger.

  • Knowledge Of Pharmacy Operations: Candidates Should Have A Strong Understanding Of Pharmacy Operations, Including Knowledge Of Prescription Processing, Drug Inventory Management, And Insurance Billing.

  • Excellent Communication Skills: Strong Communication Skills Are Essential For A Pharmacy/Pharmacist-Intern Role At Kroger. Candidates Must Be Able To Communicate Effectively With Customers, Pharmacists, And Other Healthcare Professionals.

  • Customer Service Experience: Candidates Should Have Previous Experience In A Customer Service Role, As This Position Requires Interacting With And Assisting Customers On A Daily Basis. Previous Experience In A Pharmacy Or Healthcare Setting Is Preferred.
