- Adhere to all legal and ethical standards and maintain patient confidentiality at all times.
Pharmacy Technician Certification: A Valid Certification From A Recognized Pharmacy Technician Program Is Required For The Role Of Pharmacy Lead Technician At Kroger. This Ensures That The Individual Has The Necessary Knowledge And Skills To Perform The Job Duties Effectively.
Previous Experience: Candidates For The Position Of Pharmacy Lead Technician Should Have A Minimum Of 2-3 Years Of Experience Working As A Pharmacy Technician In A Retail Or Hospital Setting. Previous Experience In A Leadership Or Supervisory Role Would Be An Added Advantage.
