  • Oversee and coordinate the day-to-day operations of the pharmacy department

Job Qualifications
  • Certified Pharmacy Technician: The Ideal Candidate Should Have A Valid Certification From An Accredited Organization Such As The Pharmacy Technician Certification Board (Ptcb) Or National Healthcareer Association (Nha).

  • Previous Leadership Experience: Candidates Should Have A Minimum Of 2-3 Years Of Experience Working As A Lead Technician Or In A Supervisory Role In A Pharmacy Setting. This Experience Should Demonstrate The Ability To Manage A Team, Delegate Tasks, And Provide Guidance To Other Technicians.

  • In-Depth Knowledge Of Pharmacy Operations: The Pharmacy Lead Technician Should Have A Thorough Understanding Of Pharmacy Operations, Including Prescription Processing, Inventory Management, And Compliance With State And Federal Regulations.

  • Strong Communication And Interpersonal Skills: This Position Requires Frequent Interaction With Customers, Pharmacists, And Other Team Members. The Ideal Candidate Should Possess Excellent Communication Skills, Both Verbal And Written, And Be Able To Work Effectively In A Team Environment.

  • Attention To Detail And Accuracy: As A Lead Technician, The Candidate Will Be Responsible For Overseeing The Accuracy Of Prescription Orders And Ensuring Compliance With Medication Safety Protocols. Attention To Detail And Strong Organizational Skills Are Essential For This Role.
