- Oversee daily operations of the pharmacy department, including managing inventory, scheduling, and customer service.
- Lead and mentor a team of pharmacy technicians, providing guidance and support to ensure a high level of performance and productivity.
- Train new pharmacy technicians on company policies, procedures, and best practices.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of medication inventory and dispensing.

- Monitor and maintain compliance with all state and federal laws and regulations related to pharmacy operations.
- Troubleshoot and resolve any issues or concerns that may arise in the pharmacy department.
- Continuously assess and improve processes to increase efficiency and accuracy in medication dispensing.
- Provide exceptional customer service, addressing any questions or concerns from patients or other healthcare providers.
- Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide feedback and coaching to team members.
- Stay up-to-date on industry developments and changes in pharmacy practices.
- Assist with budgeting and cost management for the pharmacy department.
- Communicate effectively with other departments within the store to maintain a cohesive and productive work environment.
- Act as a role model for professionalism, ethical conduct, and commitment to excellence within the pharmacy team.
Strong Leadership And Communication Skills.
Certified Pharmacy Technician (Cpht) License.
At Least 2-3 Years Of Experience As A Pharmacy Technician.
Knowledge Of Pharmacy Laws And Regulations.
Ability To Manage Inventory And Handle Financial Transactions Accurately.
