High School Diploma Or Equivalent: A Pharmacy Lead Technician At Kroger Should Possess A High School Diploma Or Equivalent To Demonstrate Basic Education And Knowledge.
Pharmacy Technician Certification: A Valid Pharmacy Technician Certification (Cpht) Is Required For The Job, Which Demonstrates An Understanding Of Pharmacy Processes And Regulations.
Prior Experience In A Pharmacy Setting: Candidates Should Have At Least 2-3 Years Of Experience Working As A Pharmacy Technician In A Retail Or Hospital Pharmacy.
