  1. Oversee daily operations of the pharmacy department to ensure efficient and timely service to customers.
  2. Train and supervise pharmacy technicians, ensuring they adhere to all policies and procedures.
  3. Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of inventory, prescriptions, and patient information.
  4. Monitor prescription filling and dispensing to ensure accuracy and compliance with state and federal regulations.
  5. Provide exceptional customer service by addressing customer inquiries and concerns.
  6. Collaborate with pharmacists to implement new programs and services to improve overall efficiency and customer satisfaction.
  7. Continuously evaluate and improve workflow processes to increase productivity and minimize errors.
  8. Ensure proper handling and storage of medications and controlled substances in compliance with state and federal regulations.
  9. Assist with billing and insurance claims to ensure timely and accurate reimbursements.
  10. Stay updated on industry trends and regulations to ensure compliance and best practices.
  11. Participate in inventory management and ordering of medications and supplies.
  12. Lead and participate in team meetings and training sessions to promote a positive and collaborative work environment.
  13. Adhere to company policies, procedures, and safety guidelines at all times.
  14. Perform other duties as assigned by the pharmacy manager or upper management.

Job Qualifications
