  1. Dispense medications accurately and in a timely manner to ensure the safety of our customers.

  3. Maintain a thorough understanding of all medications carried in the pharmacy and stay updated on new developments and regulations in the field.
  4. Collaborate with healthcare providers to ensure accurate and appropriate medication therapies for patients.
  5. Conduct patient consultations to review medications, discuss potential drug interactions, and address any concerns or questions.
  6. Oversee and manage inventory levels of medications and supplies to ensure availability for customers.
  7. Adhere to all state and federal laws and regulations related to the practice of pharmacy.
  8. Maintain accurate and organized records of all medications dispensed and patient profiles.
  9. Demonstrate a strong attention to detail in all aspects of pharmacy operations, including prescription verification and filling processes.
  10. Utilize excellent communication skills to effectively interact with customers, colleagues, and other healthcare professionals.
  11. Participate in ongoing training and education opportunities to stay current on industry developments and best practices.
  12. Demonstrate a strong commitment to customer service and contribute to a positive and welcoming environment for all customers.
  13. Collaborate with other members of the pharmacy team to maintain a clean and organized workspace.
  14. Support the overall mission of Kroger by promoting health and wellness within the community.
  15. Comply with all company policies and procedures, including those related to safety and confidentiality.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Pharmacy Or Doctor Of Pharmacy (Pharmd) From An Accredited Institution.

  • Excellent Communication And Customer Service Skills.

  • Valid State Pharmacist License And Registration.

  • Strong Knowledge Of Pharmacy Laws, Regulations, And Standards.

  • Experience With Medication Dispensing And Counseling, Including Ability To Accurately Interpret And Verify Prescriptions.
