  1. Dispensing Medications: The primary responsibility of the pharmacist will be to accurately and safely dispense medications to customers according to their prescriptions.
  2. Patient Counseling: The pharmacist will be responsible for providing accurate and helpful information to customers about their medications, including potential side effects, interactions, and proper usage.
  3. Inventory Management: Maintaining accurate and organized inventory levels of medications and supplies, ensuring that all medications are in stock and available for customers.
  4. Compliance: Ensuring all medications are dispensed in accordance with federal and state regulations, and following all company policies and procedures.
  5. Customer Service: Providing exceptional customer service to all customers, addressing any concerns or questions they may have regarding their medications.
  6. Collaborate with Healthcare Providers: Working closely with healthcare providers to review and clarify medication orders, as well as provide medication therapy management services.
  7. Training and Mentorship: The pharmacist will be responsible for training and mentoring pharmacy technicians and interns, ensuring they are following all protocols and providing high-quality service to customers.
  8. Quality Assurance: Conducting regular quality assurance checks to ensure all medications are properly dispensed and meet safety standards.
  9. Continuing Education: Staying up-to-date on the latest advancements and developments in the field of pharmacy through continuing education and training programs.
  10. Teamwork: Collaborating with other pharmacy team members to ensure smooth operations and excellent customer service.
  11. Record-Keeping: Maintaining accurate and confidential records of all medication dispensing, counseling, and other pharmacy-related activities.
  12. Adherence to Company Policies: Following all company policies and procedures, including those related to safety, security, and customer service.
  13. Promoting Health and Wellness: Educating customers on ways to improve their overall health and wellness through medication management and healthy lifestyle choices.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Pharmacy From An Accredited Institution.

  • Excellent Communication And Customer Service Skills.

  • Minimum Of 1-2 Years Of Experience In A Retail Pharmacy Setting.

  • Valid State Pharmacist License.

  • Strong Knowledge Of Pharmaceutical Products, Drug Interactions, And Proper Dispensing Procedures.
