1. Provide exceptional pharmaceutical care to customers by accurately dispensing medications and counseling on proper usage and potential side effects.
2. Maintain a clean and organized work environment in compliance with all safety and regulatory standards.
3. Collaborate with other members of the pharmacy team to ensure efficient workflow and timely service to customers.
4. Build and maintain strong relationships with customers by providing excellent customer service and addressing any concerns or questions.
5. Stay up to date on all new medications, treatments, and pharmaceutical regulations to provide the most current and accurate information to customers.
6. Accurately input and maintain patient records and prescription information in the pharmacy system.
7. Monitor inventory levels and assist with ordering and restocking medications and supplies.
8. Communicate effectively with healthcare providers and insurance companies to ensure proper billing and reimbursement.
9. Train and supervise pharmacy technicians and other support staff.
10. Adhere to all company policies and procedures, as well as federal and state laws and regulations.
11. Continuously seek opportunities for professional development and stay informed on industry advancements.
