1. Provide exceptional customer service to all Kroger customers by greeting them warmly, answering any questions they may have, and addressing any concerns or issues in a timely and professional manner.
2. Dispense medications accurately and efficiently to ensure the safety and well-being of our customers.
3. Offer expert guidance and advice to customers regarding prescription medications, over-the-counter products, and potential drug interactions.
4. Collaborate with other healthcare professionals, such as physicians and nurses, to ensure the best possible care for customers.
5. Maintain accurate and organized records of all prescriptions and patient information in accordance with state and federal laws.
6. Educate customers on proper medication usage, potential side effects, and proper disposal methods.
7. Monitor and manage inventory levels to ensure an adequate supply of medications and supplies.
8. Conduct immunizations and other clinical services as needed.
9. Stay up-to-date on industry developments, new medications, and changes in regulations to provide the most current and accurate information to customers.
10. Follow all company policies and procedures, including those related to safety and confidentiality.
11. Participate in ongoing training and development opportunities to continuously improve knowledge and skills.
12. Maintain a clean and organized work area to promote a safe and efficient work environment.
13. Act as a positive and professional representative of Kroger and the pharmacy department at all times.
14. Handle customer complaints and inquiries with professionalism and escalate any issues to management as needed.
15. Collaborate with the pharmacy team to ensure efficient and accurate workflow and assist with any tasks or projects as assigned by the Pharmacy Manager.
