1. Provide exceptional customer service to all patients and customers at Kroger.
2. Dispense medications accurately and efficiently in accordance with state and federal laws and regulations.
3. Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure the best possible care for patients.
4. Monitor and review medication orders for appropriateness, interactions, and potential side effects.
5. Educate patients on proper medication use and potential side effects.
6. Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records and medication profiles.
7. Act as a resource for patients and other healthcare professionals by providing drug information and answering questions.
8. Work closely with insurance companies to process prescription claims and ensure timely delivery of medications.
9. Participate in ongoing education and training to stay current with new medications and treatments.
10. Maintain a clean and organized work environment, including proper storage and handling of medications.
11. Comply with all safety and security procedures, including proper handling and disposal of medications.
12. Provide leadership and guidance to pharmacy technicians and other support staff.
13. Assist in inventory management and ordering of medications and supplies.
14. Adhere to company policies and procedures, including ethical and professional standards.
15. Continuously strive for excellence in patient care and be open to feedback and opportunities for improvement.
