- Work closely with insurance companies to process prescription claims and ensure timely delivery of medications.
- Participate in ongoing education and training to stay current with new medications and treatments.
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment, including proper storage and handling of medications.
- Comply with all safety and security procedures, including proper handling and disposal of medications.
- Provide leadership and guidance to pharmacy technicians and other support staff.
- Assist in inventory management and ordering of medications and supplies.
- Adhere to company policies and procedures, including ethical and professional standards.
- Continuously strive for excellence in patient care and be open to feedback and opportunities for improvement.
Bachelor's Degree In Pharmacy Or Doctor Of Pharmacy (Pharmd) From An Accredited Institution.
Current And Valid State License To Practice Pharmacy.
Strong Knowledge And Understanding Of Pharmaceuticals, Drug Interactions, And Compounding Techniques.
Excellent Communication And Customer Service Skills To Effectively Interact With Patients And Healthcare Professionals.
Experience With Electronic Medical Records And Dispensing Systems, Such As Rxconnect, To Accurately Fill And Manage Prescriptions.
