Job Description

Kroger is looking for an experienced and organized Operations Planning Manager who will be responsible for overseeing the planning, development and implementation of the company's operational strategies. The ideal candidate should possess excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, be able to work in a fast-paced environment and have the ability to develop and manage operational plans. The successful candidate will be detail-oriented, organized and able to communicate effectively with team members.The ideal Operations Planning Manager should have a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field, as well as 5+ years of recent experience in operations planning and management. Experience in retail operations, supply chain management or related fields is highly desired. The successful candidate should be proficient in Microsoft Office, have a strong understanding of budgeting and forecasting, and have experience developing, monitoring and managing operational plans.
