Job Description

Kroger is looking for an experienced and enthusiastic Operations Planning Manager to join our team. We are looking for a leader with strong problem-solving skills, the ability to think strategically, and the drive to make a positive difference in our organization. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 5 years of experience in a supply chain or operations planning role, as well as a Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field. This role requires a thorough understanding of supply chain/operations planning principles, as well as the ability to maintain relationships with internal and external stakeholders. The successful candidate will be a creative and analytical thinker, with superior communication skills, and the ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
