2. Assist customers with placing online grocery orders and answer any questions they may have.
3. Accurately pick and pack online grocery orders according to customer specifications.
4. Maintain a clean and organized work area to ensure a safe and efficient work environment.
5. Communicate any issues or discrepancies with online orders to the appropriate team members.
6. Collaborate with other team members to ensure timely and accurate fulfillment of online orders.
7. Provide exceptional customer service by addressing any customer concerns or inquiries promptly and effectively.
