- Develop and implement maintenance plans for all equipment and machinery within the manufacturing plant.
- Coordinate with various departments to schedule maintenance activities and minimize downtime.
- Ensure all maintenance activities comply with safety regulations and company policies.
- Create and maintain maintenance schedules and records to track progress and identify areas for improvement.
- Conduct regular inspections of equipment and identify potential issues before they become major problems.
- Coordinate with vendors and suppliers to ensure timely delivery of parts and supplies for maintenance.
- Collaborate with the maintenance team to troubleshoot and resolve any maintenance issues that arise.
- Monitor and analyze maintenance data to identify trends and recommend improvements to increase efficiency and reduce costs.
- Develop and maintain relationships with external contractors to assist with specialized maintenance tasks.
- Train and mentor new maintenance team members on maintenance procedures and protocols.
- Keep up-to-date with industry best practices and new technologies to continuously improve maintenance processes.
- Communicate effectively with team members and management to provide regular updates on maintenance activities and any potential issues.
- Prioritize tasks and manage time effectively to ensure all maintenance activities are completed on schedule.
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment to ensure safety and efficiency.

Experience In Maintenance Planning: The Ideal Candidate Should Have At Least 3-5 Years Of Experience In Maintenance Planning In A Manufacturing Environment.
Strong Knowledge Of Equipment And Machinery: The Candidate Should Have A Good Understanding Of The Equipment And Machinery Used In A Manufacturing Plant, Including Their Maintenance Requirements And Schedules.
Organizational And Time-Management Skills: A Successful Maintenance Planner Should Be Able To Effectively Manage Time And Prioritize Tasks To Ensure That Maintenance Schedules And Deadlines Are Met.
Attention To Detail: This Role Requires Meticulous Attention To Detail To Accurately Plan And Schedule Maintenance Activities, As Well As Track And Report On Maintenance Data.
Communication And Teamwork: The Candidate Should Have Excellent Communication Skills To Effectively Coordinate With Maintenance Technicians, Production Teams, And Other Departments To Plan And Execute Maintenance Activities. A Team-Oriented Attitude Is Also Important In This Role.
