Maintenance Technician

1. Perform routine maintenance tasks including but not limited to: painting, plumbing, electrical work, and general repairs.
2. Conduct regular inspections of store facilities to identify and resolve any potential maintenance issues.
3. Respond promptly to maintenance requests from store managers and other team members.
4. Troubleshoot and repair equipment and systems such as HVAC, refrigeration, and lighting.
5. Maintain a safe and clean work environment by adhering to company policies and procedures.
6. Keep detailed records of maintenance tasks and repairs completed.
7. Communicate effectively with store management and other team members regarding maintenance needs and updates.
8. Stay updated on industry best practices and new technologies in order to improve efficiency and effectiveness of maintenance tasks.
9. Adhere to all safety procedures and regulations while performing maintenance tasks.
10. Work independently and as part of a team to complete maintenance projects and tasks within designated time frames.
11. Maintain a positive and professional attitude while interacting with customers and employees.
12. Assist in training and mentoring new maintenance technicians as needed.
13. Maintain inventory of supplies and equipment necessary for maintenance tasks.
14. Perform other duties as assigned by store management or corporate leadership.
