GROCERY/DAY STOCKER

1. Ensure shelves are always fully stocked with a variety of products and that items are organized in a neat and visually appealing manner.
2. Maintain a clean and orderly store appearance, including sweeping/mopping floors and keeping product displays tidy.
3. Monitor inventory levels and communicate any low stock items to management.
4. Assist customers with locating products and answering any questions they may have.
5. Follow company policies and procedures for restocking and rotating products to ensure freshness.
6. Work collaboratively with team members to complete daily tasks and meet department goals.
7. Utilize equipment, such as pallet jacks and hand trucks, to move and stock heavy items.
8. Ensure accuracy in pricing and labeling of products.
9. Provide excellent customer service by greeting and assisting customers in a friendly and professional manner.
10. Maintain a positive attitude and work ethic while performing tasks efficiently and effectively.
11. Adhere to safety standards and guidelines to prevent accidents and injuries.
12. Attend and actively participate in training sessions and team meetings.
13. Continuously seek opportunities to improve processes and procedures to enhance the customer experience.
