1. Greet and welcome customers as they enter the store, creating a friendly and inviting atmosphere.
2. Maintain a high level of customer service by assisting customers with finding products and answering any questions they may have.
3. Ensure shelves and displays are fully stocked and organized, including rotating products to ensure freshness.
4. Receive and verify incoming shipments of grocery products, checking for accuracy and quality.
5. Maintain a clean and organized work area, including sweeping, mopping, and sanitizing as needed.
6. Operate cash register and handle transactions accurately and efficiently.
7. Assist in setting up promotions and displays to attract customers and increase sales.
8. Continuously monitor inventory levels and notify management of any low or out-of-stock items.
9. Follow company policies and procedures, including safety and sanitation guidelines, to ensure a safe and pleasant shopping environment for customers.
10. Collaborate with team members to complete tasks and provide excellent customer service.
11. Attend training sessions and stay updated on product knowledge and store policies.
12. Take on additional tasks as assigned by management, such as assisting with store events or cross-training in other departments.
13. Maintain a positive attitude and strive to exceed customer expectations in every interaction.
