1. Greet and welcome customers to the store in a friendly and professional manner.
2. Ensure that the grocery department is well-stocked at all times by receiving, stocking, and rotating products.
3. Maintain a clean and organized work environment, including shelves, displays, and backroom storage.
4. Assist customers in finding products and provide recommendations as needed.
5. Operate cash registers and handle transactions accurately and efficiently.
6. Monitor inventory levels and report any discrepancies to management.
7. Assist with pricing and labeling of products.
8. Follow proper food handling and safety procedures at all times.
9. Communicate effectively with team members and management to ensure smooth operations.
10. Provide exceptional customer service by answering questions, addressing concerns, and resolving any issues that may arise.
