1. Greet and welcome customers as they enter the store.
2. Maintain a clean and organized grocery department, ensuring all products are properly stocked and labeled.
3. Assist customers in locating products and provide guidance on product selection.
4. Receive and check in deliveries, ensuring all products meet quality and freshness standards.
5. Rotate and restock products to ensure freshness and prevent expiration.
6. Assist with inventory management, including conducting regular stock checks and reporting any discrepancies.
7. Provide exceptional customer service by addressing customer inquiries and concerns in a timely and professional manner.
8. Operate cash register and process transactions accurately.
9. Follow all safety and sanitation procedures to maintain a clean and safe shopping environment.
10. Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth and efficient store operations.
11. Continuously update knowledge of product offerings and promotions to assist customers with making informed purchasing decisions.
12. Adhere to company policies and procedures, including but not limited to dress code and attendance.
13. Maintain a positive and professional attitude towards customers and coworkers.
14. Attend and actively participate in team meetings and training sessions.
15. Perform other duties as assigned by management.
