FUEL CENTER/CLERK

As a Fuel Center/Clerk, you will have the opportunity to interact with our valued customers and be responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and organization of our fuel center. 1. Greet and welcome customers to the fuel center with a friendly and positive attitude.
2. Provide excellent customer service by addressing any inquiries or concerns from customers.
3. Operate fuel center equipment, such as pumps and payment systems, accurately and efficiently.
4. Monitor fuel levels and ensure pumps are working properly, reporting any issues to management.
5. Maintain a clean and organized fuel center by regularly wiping down pumps, disposing of trash, and keeping the area free of debris.
6. Restock and organize merchandise, such as snacks and drinks, in the fuel center store.
7. Follow all safety protocols and guidelines while handling fuel and other hazardous materials.
8. Process cash and credit card transactions accurately and efficiently.
9. Keep track of inventory levels and report any shortages or needed restocking to management.
10. Communicate with other team members and management to ensure smooth operation of the fuel center.
11. Adhere to all company policies and procedures, including health and safety regulations.
12. Continuously seek opportunities to improve customer satisfaction and provide feedback to management on ways to enhance the customer experience.
13. Assist with other tasks as needed, such as monitoring the store and assisting customers with purchases.
14. Maintain a high level of professionalism and represent the company in a positive manner at all times.
