Floral Manager

Kroger is seeking a motivated and experienced Floral Manager to join our team and help create an exceptional shopping experience for our customers. As Floral Manager, you will be responsible for managing the floral department, leading a team of floral associates, and ensuring that our floral products are fresh and creative.This position requires a minimum of 3 years of floral design experience, a strong customer service attitude, and excellent organizational and communication skills. The ideal candidate will have a passion for floral design, an eye for detail and color, and the ability to motivate and manage a team.
