Job Description

Kroger is looking for a Floral Manager with a passion for customer service and floral arrangement to join our team! We are looking for an individual with a high level of organization, attention to detail, and excellent communication and interpersonal skills. We value someone with a positive attitude who is willing to take initiative and be a leader in our store. Our ideal candidate must possess a minimum of two years of experience in a floral shop or retail environment and have a comprehensive knowledge of floral products and design techniques. A degree in horticulture or floral design is preferred but not required. The ability to work a flexible schedule, including nights, weekends, and holidays, is also a must.
