Job Description

Kroger is looking for an experienced and organized Floral Manager to join our team of professionals. We are looking for an individual that can manage floral operations, create floral displays, and provide exceptional customer service.The ideal Floral Manager candidate should have a high school diploma or equivalent, with prior retail experience and/or floral design experience. A valid driver’s license is required for this position. As the Floral Manager, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining relationships with customers, vendors, and other departments in the store. You must possess excellent communication and organizational skills, be able to work in a fast-paced environment, and have the ability to multitask. You should also have a passion for flowers and floral design.If you are experienced in floral management, have a keen eye for detail, and are ready to take on the challenge of running our store’s floral department, we want to hear from you!
