We are looking for an experienced and detail-oriented Floral Manager to join our team at Kroger! As the Floral Manager, you will be responsible for managing the floral department, inspiring floral team members, and providing exceptional customer service.To be successful in this role, you should have excellent organizational and communication skills, be able to work in a fast-paced environment, and have a passion for flowers and customer service. A college degree in horticulture or a related field is preferred but not required.We are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic individual who is eager to help us maintain our high standards of customer service and floral excellence.
