We are looking for an enthusiastic and experienced Floral Manager to join Kroger's team. As a Floral Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the floral department, ensuring that our customers receive the best possible service and products. You will also be responsible for training and managing staff, handling customer inquiries, and maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction.The ideal candidate will have at least 3 years of experience in the floral industry, excellent customer service skills, strong organizational and interpersonal skills, and a passion for making beautiful arrangements.
