  1. Provide technical support to internal teams for financial systems, troubleshooting and resolving issues in a timely manner.
  2. Serve as the first point of contact for all user inquiries and technical issues related to financial systems.
  3. Maintain a high level of customer service by promptly responding to and resolving user concerns.
  4. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and address system inefficiencies and make recommendations for improvements.
  5. Document and maintain accurate records of all support requests and resolutions.
  6. Keep up-to-date with the latest developments and updates in financial systems to provide knowledgeable support to users.
  7. Assist in training and onboarding new users to financial systems.
  8. Conduct regular audits and quality checks to ensure data accuracy and system functionality.
  9. Work closely with the IT team to troubleshoot and escalate technical issues as needed.
  10. Maintain a high level of professionalism and confidentiality when handling sensitive financial information.
  11. Participate in team meetings and provide insights and suggestions for process improvements.
  12. Take on additional responsibilities and projects as assigned by supervisors.
