  1. Work closely with the product management team to assist in the development and execution of new product strategies and initiatives.
  2. Conduct market research and analysis to identify emerging trends and consumer needs in the grocery retail industry.
  3. Participate in brainstorming sessions and contribute innovative ideas for new products and services.
  4. Collaborate with cross-functional teams such as marketing, sales, and operations to ensure successful product launches and promotions.
  5. Assist in creating and maintaining product roadmaps, timelines, and budgets.
  6. Help manage product lifecycle, including monitoring sales performance and making recommendations for improvements or discontinuations.
  7. Support the development of product positioning, messaging, and packaging.
  8. Attend industry events and conferences to stay updated on industry trends and competitor products.
  9. Conduct competitive analysis to identify strengths and weaknesses of other products in the market.
  10. Prepare presentations and reports for senior leadership on product performance and recommendations for future strategies.
  11. Assist in managing relationships with vendors and suppliers for product sourcing and development.
  12. Learn and adhere to all company policies and procedures, including safety guidelines.
  13. Embrace a culture of continuous learning and growth, seeking opportunities to develop skills and knowledge in product management.
  14. Represent Kroger as a brand ambassador, embodying our core values and promoting our products and services.
