  1. Assist the department leader in managing daily operations of the Drug-General Merchandise department.
  2. Ensure exceptional customer service is provided at all times.
  3. Maintain a thorough understanding of department products and services to assist customers with inquiries and purchases.
  4. Monitor inventory levels and assist in ordering and stocking merchandise.
  5. Train and develop team members on customer service, product knowledge, and company policies and procedures.
  6. Ensure the department is clean, organized, and well-maintained at all times.
  7. Collaborate with other department leaders to create and implement strategies for increasing sales and improving customer satisfaction.
  8. Monitor and analyze sales data to identify trends and make recommendations for improvement.
  9. Assist in creating and executing promotional and sales events.
  10. Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and safety standards.
  11. Provide feedback and suggestions for improving department operations to the department leader.
  12. Handle customer complaints and provide resolutions in a timely and professional manner.
  13. Assist in conducting performance evaluations and providing feedback to team members.
  14. Handle cash transactions and maintain accurate records.
  15. Stay updated on industry trends and competitors' offerings to make informed decisions.
  16. Adhere to all company policies and procedures, including those related to health and safety.
  17. Assist in scheduling and coordinating staff shifts and breaks.
  18. Collaborate with team members to achieve department and company goals.
  19. Participate in meetings and training sessions to stay updated on company policies, procedures, and products.
  20. Perform any other duties as assigned by the department leader.

Job Qualifications
  • Excellent Communication And Customer Service Skills

  • Bachelor's Degree In Pharmacy Or Related Field

  • Minimum Of 2 Years Of Experience In A Retail Pharmacy Or Healthcare Setting
