Division Fuel Manager

Kroger is seeking an experienced and motivated Division Fuel Manager to lead and manage the fuel operations across our division. This role will be responsible for the overall success of Kroger’s fuel portfolio, ensuring customer satisfaction and profitability. The ideal candidate will bring a strong customer focus and high energy to the role, as well as a proven track record of success in the fuel industry.The successful candidate must possess a minimum of 5 years of fuel operations experience, including a solid understanding of fuel pricing, asset management, and operations. They should also possess a Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, or a related field and have a broad understanding of the fuel industry landscape. The Division Fuel Manager must be able to effectively communicate and collaborate with all levels of the organization and possess strong analytical, problem-solving and decision-making skills. Finally, the ideal candidate will be highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to work independently and as part of a team.
