  1. Oversee the daily operations of designated department, ensuring efficient and effective execution of tasks and responsibilities.
  2. Ensure the highest level of customer satisfaction by providing exceptional service and addressing any customer concerns or issues.
  3. Lead and motivate team members to achieve individual and departmental goals and objectives.
  4. Create and maintain a positive work environment that fosters teamwork, collaboration, and open communication.
  5. Develop and implement strategies to increase sales and improve department performance.
  6. Monitor inventory levels and ensure accurate and timely ordering of products.
  7. Train, coach, and mentor team members on company policies and procedures, product knowledge, and customer service skills.

  13. Maintain accurate records and reports related to department performance, sales, and inventory.
  14. Assist in the hiring and training of new team members.
