1. Oversee daily operations of assigned department, ensuring that all tasks and responsibilities are carried out efficiently and effectively.
2. Manage and lead a team of employees, providing guidance and support to ensure a positive and productive work environment.
3. Monitor department performance and take necessary actions to improve sales, customer satisfaction, and overall efficiency.
4. Train and develop team members to ensure they have the necessary skills and knowledge to perform their roles effectively.
5. Implement and maintain company standards and policies within the department.
6. Ensure that all products are properly stocked, rotated, and merchandised to meet customer demand and company standards.
7. Monitor inventory levels and place orders as needed to maintain appropriate stock levels.
8. Handle customer inquiries and complaints in a professional and timely manner.
9. Collaborate with other department leaders and store management to achieve overall store goals and objectives.
10. Stay updated on industry trends and customer needs in order to make informed decisions for the department.
11. Maintain a high level of cleanliness and organization within the department.

14. Perform any other duties and responsibilities as assigned by store management.
