DELI/DEPT LEADER

1. Oversee the daily operations of the deli department, including monitoring inventory levels, ordering and stocking products, and ensuring a clean and organized workspace.
2. Train, coach, and motivate team members to provide exceptional customer service and maintain high-quality standards.
3. Create and maintain a positive and welcoming environment for customers and team members.
4. Work closely with the store manager to develop and implement strategies to increase sales and profitability of the deli department.
5. Ensure compliance with food safety and sanitation regulations, as well as company policies and procedures.
6. Monitor and analyze sales and customer feedback to make necessary adjustments to product offerings and overall deli department operations.
7. Collaborate with other department leaders to ensure smooth and efficient store operations.
8. Manage and maintain deli department equipment, including scheduling repairs and maintenance.
9. Handle customer inquiries and complaints in a timely and professional manner.
10. Stay up-to-date on industry trends and new products to continuously improve the deli department's offerings.
