Job Description

The Kroger Company is looking for an experienced, organized, and customer-oriented Deli/Bakery Manager to join our team. Our ideal candidate is an energetic and detail-oriented problem solver who can keep operations running smoothly and ensure our customers receive top-notch service. The Deli/Bakery Manager is responsible for managing all aspects of the deli/bakery department including staff, customer service, product quality, and financial performance.To be successful in this role, you must possess excellent management and organizational skills. The successful candidate will also have strong communication and interpersonal skills, a passion for customer service, and a commitment to providing a high-quality shopping experience. In addition, the Deli/Bakery Manager must possess the following qualifications:• High school diploma or equivalent• 3+ years of related experience in a retail grocery setting• Knowledge of food safety and sanitation regulations• Familiarity with ordering and inventory processes• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing needs• Proven ability to lead and motivate a team• Strong customer service and problem-solving skillsIf you have the qualifications and experience necessary to excel in this role, we want to hear from you!
