Deli/Bakery Manager

We’re looking for an experienced Deli/Bakery Manager to join our team at Kroger! This position requires someone with excellent leadership and organizational skills, as well as an eye for detail, to ensure that our Deli and Bakery departments are running smoothly and efficiently. The ideal candidate will be passionate about food, have excellent customer service skills, and be comfortable working in a fast-paced environment. The Deli/Bakery Manager will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the Deli and Bakery departments, including hiring, training, and scheduling staff; maintaining quality standards; and ensuring a safe and sanitary work environment. The Manager will also be responsible for ensuring that the department meets all safety, health, and sanitation regulations set by Kroger and local governing bodies.To be successful in this role, you should have at least three years of previous retail or food service management experience, as well as a proven track record of success in leading and motivating a team. Additionally, you must be comfortable with making decisions quickly and working in a fast-paced environment. An understanding of food safety standards and regulations is also essential.
