1. Ensure the quality and freshness of all dairy products in accordance with company standards and regulations.
2. Maintain a clean and organized dairy section, including stocking and facing products, rotating inventory, and checking expiration dates.
3. Provide outstanding customer service by assisting customers with questions, concerns, and locating products.
4. Operate cash registers and handle financial transactions accurately and efficiently.
5. Collaborate with team members to maintain adequate inventory levels and assist with inventory management.
6. Adhere to food safety guidelines and regulations to maintain a safe and healthy work environment.
7. Monitor and report any issues or discrepancies with dairy products, equipment, or inventory to management.
8. Assist in receiving and stocking deliveries of dairy products while ensuring proper storage and handling procedures are followed.
9. Maintain knowledge of current promotions, sales, and company policies to effectively assist customers and increase sales.
10. Attend training sessions and staff meetings to stay updated on company policies, procedures, and product knowledge.
11. Follow proper sanitation and cleaning procedures to maintain a clean and hygienic work environment.
12. Continuously strive to meet and exceed customer expectations by providing exceptional service and shopping experience.
13. Collaborate with team members to achieve departmental and store goals, and assist with other tasks as needed.
