1. Ensure timely and accurate delivery of groceries and other items to customers' homes.
2. Provide exceptional customer service to all customers during the delivery process.
3. Safely operate delivery vehicle and follow all traffic laws and company policies.
4. Maintain a clean and organized vehicle, as well as accurate delivery records.
5. Assist in loading and unloading delivery vehicle with customer orders.
6. Communicate effectively with customers and store associates to resolve any delivery issues.
7. Adhere to all safety procedures and guidelines while handling and transporting products.
8. Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient and timely delivery of orders.
9. Strive to meet or exceed delivery time expectations and customer satisfaction goals.
10. Follow company policies and procedures to ensure customer privacy and security at all times.
11. Continuously strive to improve delivery processes and provide feedback to management.
12. Maintain a positive and professional attitude while representing the company to customers.
13. Attend training and meetings as required to learn and stay updated on delivery procedures.
14. Work collaboratively with store associates to ensure smooth and efficient customer service.
15. Other duties as assigned by the management team.
