1. Deliver groceries and other products to customers' homes in a timely and efficient manner.
2. Provide exceptional customer service by greeting customers, answering questions, and addressing any concerns or issues.
3. Maintain a positive and professional attitude while representing the Kroger brand.
4. Ensure accuracy and quality of delivered products.
5. Communicate effectively with customers, colleagues, and management.
6. Adhere to all safety and driving regulations.
7. Keep delivery vehicle clean and properly maintained.
8. Monitor inventory levels and report any discrepancies.
9. Follow company policies and procedures, including those related to customer service and delivery.
10. Assist with loading and unloading of products.
11. Handle cash and credit card transactions accurately.
12. Keep track of delivery schedule and prioritize deliveries accordingly.
13. Continuously strive to improve customer satisfaction and loyalty.
14. Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient and effective delivery operations.
15. Report any customer feedback or suggestions to management.
16. Attend training and development sessions to improve job performance.
17. Perform other related duties as assigned by management.
