1. Greet customers with a warm and friendly attitude upon entering the store.
2. Assist customers with locating products and answering any questions they may have.
3. Bag groceries efficiently and carefully to ensure the safety of the products and customer satisfaction.
4. Maintain a clean and organized work area, including bagging stations and store entrances.
5. Provide exceptional customer service by addressing any concerns or complaints promptly and professionally.
6. Offer assistance to customers with heavy or bulky items, as well as those with special needs or requests.
7. Follow store policies and procedures, including proper handling of cash and credit transactions.
8. Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient and effective operations of bagging and checkout areas.
9. Continuously monitor and restock bagging supplies, such as bags and boxes, to ensure availability for customers.
10. Attend training and development sessions to stay updated on store policies, procedures, and products.
11. Maintain a positive and professional demeanor at all times, reflecting the values and image of Kroger.
12. Assist in other areas of the store as needed, such as stocking shelves or assisting with cleaning tasks.
13. Adhere to safety and sanitation standards to maintain a clean and safe environment for customers and employees.
