2. Provide exceptional customer service by assisting customers with their grocery bags and answering any questions they may have.
3. Efficiently bag groceries, ensuring that items are properly sorted and safely packed.
4. Maintain a clean and organized bagging area for the convenience of customers and fellow team members.
5. Proactively offer assistance to customers and assist them with locating items in the store.
6. Handle customer requests and complaints in a professional and timely manner.
7. Follow all safety and sanitation guidelines to ensure a safe and hygienic shopping environment.
8. Collaborate with other team members to ensure smooth and efficient operations of the store.
9. Keep track of inventory and restock bagging supplies as needed.
10. Maintain a positive and friendly attitude towards customers and team members.
11. Communicate any issues or concerns to the store manager in a timely manner.
12. Attend training and development sessions to enhance job performance and maintain knowledge of company policies and procedures.
13. Adhere to company policies and procedures, including dress code and attendance.
14. Follow cash handling procedures when assisting customers with their purchases.
