1. Greet and welcome customers to Kroger with a positive and friendly attitude.
2. Provide exceptional customer service by assisting customers with their grocery bags and answering any questions they may have.
3. Efficiently bag and pack customers' purchases according to store policies and procedures.
4. Maintain a clean and organized bagging area to ensure a smooth shopping experience for customers.
5. Collaborate with team members to ensure all bags are properly stocked and available for customers.
6. Assist customers in locating products and navigating the store layout.
7. Communicate effectively with customers and team members to ensure a positive and efficient shopping experience.
8. Handle customer inquiries and complaints in a professional and courteous manner.
9. Follow all safety and sanitation protocols to ensure a safe and clean environment for both customers and employees.
10. Attend and actively participate in training sessions and meetings to continually improve customer service skills and knowledge of store policies.
11. Perform other duties and tasks as assigned by management.
