1. Greet customers with a positive and friendly attitude upon arrival to the store.
2. Assist customers with finding products and offer suggestions when necessary.
3. Bag and package groceries in an efficient and organized manner.
4. Provide exceptional customer service by addressing any questions or concerns customers may have.
5. Maintain a clean and organized work environment, including bagging areas and shopping carts.
6. Restock bags and other supplies as needed.
7. Assist in maintaining the store's cleanliness by sweeping, mopping, and wiping down surfaces.
8. Follow all safety and sanitation protocols to ensure the health and safety of customers and fellow team members.
9. Maintain knowledge of store policies and promotions to effectively assist customers.
10. Communicate effectively with other team members to ensure a smooth and efficient operation.
11. Handle customer transactions accurately and efficiently using the store's point-of-sale system.
12. Adapt to changing priorities and tasks as needed to meet the demands of the store.
13. Provide assistance to other departments as needed.
14. Attend and actively participate in team meetings and trainings.
