Coffee Shop Lead

We are looking for an enthusiastic Coffee Shop Lead to help create a welcoming and inviting atmosphere at our Kroger location! The ideal candidate will be an experienced leader who is knowledgeable about coffee and coffee-making, and who can manage and motivate a team of baristas. If you are passionate about coffee and retail, and you have a knack for building strong relationships with customers, this may be the perfect opportunity for you!To be considered for this position, you must have at least one year of coffee shop and/or retail experience, as well as proven leadership skills. You must also be an excellent communicator and able to handle a fast-paced work environment.
