1. Prepare and serve a variety of coffee and tea beverages to customers.

10. Continuously learn and improve barista skills and knowledge, including new products and promotions.
11. Adhere to company policies and procedures, including cash handling and inventory management.
12. Contribute to a positive and supportive work environment by being punctual, reliable, and respectful to team members and customers.
13. Take initiative to solve customer issues and provide excellent customer service.
14. Maintain a positive and professional attitude at all times.
